Scenes from Haiti

This is our student Clarissa's cousin. He drew this on a wall near his house. His mom, Clarissa's aunt, is a cook in the kitchen. They have a pair of turkeys from the Livestock Program that was started in December.
Here is Peterson after school. All of the other kids are running around. He is just sitting there reading. He said he likes books. We are going to build a nice reading space for the kids at the new school, so Peterson can sit as long as he would like, and just read.
These kids are so excited about their new school!
